Primary Use:
Fixed and movable liners for secondary crushing in hydrocone crushers; produces uniform sand and gravel (0–30 mm) with 1% Mo for higher wear resistance.
Industries:
Quarries in Kenya (granite)
Cement plants (Nairobi / Mombasa)
Construction (concrete / asphalt production)
Types:
Concave (fixed, bowl liner)
Mantle (movable, cone liner)
Advantages of 1% Mo Hydrocone Liners:
20–30% longer service life (800–2000 tons) with 1% Mo for abrasion and impact resistance
Uniform CSS output: 8–48 mm
Compatible with Novin / Delta / Sandvik models in the Kenyan market
Cost-effective (approx. 250 million IRR vs. OEM 500+ million IRR)
Easy installation (press-fit, ~1 hour)
Suitable for hot and humid climates (up to 150°C)
Disadvantages:
Sensitive to overload (service life decreases if >200 t/h)
Heavy (requires crane for handling)
Used liners may show worn surfaces (check HB 180+)
Installation & Maintenance:
Installation: in shell/shaft, CSS adjustment; leveling tolerance ±0.05 mm (~1 hour)
Maintenance: lubricate every 200 hours; replace liners worn >5 mm; monitor temperature (<150°C)
Transportation: max 700 kg per trailer (full set), 10-ton crane required
