Overview

Rabbit Sand Washers are widely used in mining operations where a higher production of crushed sand is required. They are designed to process non-cohesive dry materials with compressive strength up to 450 MPa, such as quartz, basalt, limestone, granite, and other mineral rocks.

These machines are available in two main types: Pocket Sand Washer and Rabbit Sand Washer. Featuring a hammer structure, crushing occurs around a vertical axis, ensuring efficient size reduction.

Feed capacity: 25–40 t/h
Output particle size: 0–8 mm, with 75–80% of the output as fine sand
Output quality: Rounded and well-graded sand

Three side doors provide full access to internal components, making maintenance and part replacement straightforward.

Thick Shaft (T800) has 20 mm body plate thickness; Thin Shaft has 15 mm.
