Overview

The RD7 Liner, with a length of 120 cm, is a critical component of the internal structure of the Parker 104 Hammer Crusher. These curved, parallel liners, installed along the top shell of the crusher, are commonly referred to as “Parker Anvils”. During crushing, stones directly impact these liners, making material selection essential for performance and durability.

Manufactured from manganese steel and other wear-resistant alloys, these liners are designed to withstand heavy loads and abrasive conditions, ensuring consistent crushing efficiency based on the hardness and type of input material.

Function

The Parker 104 liner serves as the support for hammer placement on the rotor disc. By securing the hammers in position, it prevents unbalanced ejection of materials (from medium to hard rocks), maintaining rotor balance and producing uniform, cube-shaped sand and aggregates.
