9m Salt Sand Washer Applications

Main: Washing and separating mud/sand from sand after screening, before dryer; producing clean sand with moisture <5%.
Industries: Sand/sand mines, concrete, asphalt, cement, glass/tile (increasing the quality of river/mountain materials).
Types: Single screw (common for 9m), double screw (higher capacity).

Advantages of 9m Salt Sand Washe

  • In used models, there may be rot (check sheet 6 mm).

Installation and maintenance tips

Installation: after the screen, 18° slope, connection to water pump (2-3 bar); concrete base, leveling ±0.05 mm (1-2 days).

Maintenance: Periodic washing (every 200 hours), blade wear monitoring (>5 mm replacement); avoid acidic materials. PM500/Russian gearbox lubrication.

Transportation: up to 20 tons for trailer (1 unit), 10-ton crane for installation.
