Product Description: Behringer HS7 Cobit Crusher Part from NovinCSM

The Behringer HS7 Cobite Crusher is one of the advanced and popular models of the HS series (produced by Behringer, Germany), which is supplied by Novin Masesaz Company as a reputable manufacturer and supplier in Iran, with high quality and in compliance with industrial standards.

This device acts as a secondary or primary impact crusher in mining crushing lines, sand production, and mining industries, and with a heavier rotor and adjustable anvils, it offers a higher breakage percentage than the NS and Parker models.

Focusing on producing high-precision cubic sand, the HS7 Cobite is ideal for crushing hard and medium-hard rocks such as granite, basalt, and iron ore, and its production capacity is about 80-100 tons per hour.

Key Features of the Behringer Cobit HS7 Crusher:

  • Rotor and Hammers: Equipped with 4 wear-resistant manganese steel hammers (each hammer weighs about 186 kg), along with 4 hammer holders and 4 mechanical barriers to prevent the hammers from coming out and maintain the balance of the rotor.
  • Adjustable Anvils: Three separate sets of anvils for precise control of the output size (10-50 mm) and increased efficiency in producing different grain sizes.
  • Efficient Performance: Heavy-duty rotor with high rotation speed for powerful impacts, resulting in uniform crushing and reduced energy consumption.
  • Easy Maintenance: Modular design with easy access to consumable parts such as hammers, anvils and rotor cover; suitable for harsh mining conditions.
  • Flexibility: Applicable to asphalt, concrete and building material production lines, with the ability to adjust for input materials up to 150 mm.

Advantages of the Behringer HS7 Cobite Crusher:

  • Increase in sand production (up to 40% more than similar models) and reduce waste.
  • High durability against wear and impact, which minimizes repair costs.
  • Compatibility with other production line equipment such as feeders, screens and conveyors.
  • Full technical support from Novin Masesaz, including the supply of spare parts such as HS7 hammers (as a set), HS7 planers and anvils.

Manufacturer: NovinCSM Company, with years of experience in the production and reconstruction of mining equipment, offers the Behringer HS7 model with high-quality raw materials (manganese steel and alloy cast iron) and in accordance with the needs of Iranian mines. This is the standard model of Behringer Company and is designed for medium capacities.

  1. mohammadreza

Is HS7 suitable for crushing basalt and iron ore? Because our material input is between 120 and 150 mm and we are looking for an output of 20 mm.

    • admin

Yes, the HS7 model is designed for exactly this type of hard material.
      – Inlet up to 150 mm → acceptable
      – Outlet 10 to 50 mm → achieved by adjusting the anvils
      – The material of the hammers (manganese steel) and the heavy rotor perform excellently for basalt and iron ore
For an outlet of 20 mm, set the anvils to the second stage mode.

If more precise settings are required, our technical experts will provide full guidance.
